Butternut Squash Casserole

I am positively smitten with butternut squash. It’s a hearty squash that is so incredibly versatile and definitely delicious. You can make everything from SOUP to Casseroles. We normally serve a squash casserole for Thanksgiving. I think this year we’re going to try this incredible version. It’s creamy and dreamy and the kicker, Chris tops her Butternut Squash Casserole with a Streusel topping.
When you’re ready to try this Butternut Squash Casserole up, you can find the recipe on Chris’ BLOG.
