Homemade Musketeers Bars with Just 3 Ingredients
In keeping with my homemade candy kick I tried making Homemade 3 Musketeers Bars last week and it worked. It was actually so incredibly easy and they tasted great. Making these is certainly not a habit I intend to get in to, but it was fun to try nonetheless. I was able to pull it all together pretty quickly. The only problem is that they disappeared just as quickly!
Homemade 3 Musketeers Bars
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 12 ounce tub Cool Whip
8 ounces semisweet chocolate bars
1. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until just smooth and pour it into a mixer. Add the whipped topping and whip everything together until fluffy. At least 1 minute.
3. Press the mixture into the line baking dish and freeze for 30 minutes. Then remove it from the pan and cut into squares. Re-chill the squares until hard.
4. Melt the remaining chocolate bars until smooth. Dip the chilled squares into the melted chocolate place on a sheet of wax paper to set. Enjoy!
