10 Ways to Bake with Zucchini
The zucchini are here! In back yards, in farmers’ markets, at harvest fairs – enough to do a whole lotta baking. Fortunately, zucchini make great chocolate cakes, muffins, brownies and loaves – and if you do a lot of baking, you can freeze grated raw zucchini for use later on. (Freeze in 1 cup portions in zip-lock freezer bags for easy measuring.)
Fresh or frozen, here are ten great recipes to use up the best of the season.
