Pomegranate Lime Fizzy
This deep red drink is my favorite cocktail hour sip for fall and winter. I call it my Pomegranate Lime Fizzy. It’s the perfect date night sip for mom and dad since it combines fresh pressed or store-bought pomegranate juice with a spritz of zesty lime and a nice dose of bubbly prosecco or champagne. Get my recipe and cheers to a night off! Kid-friendly version too..
Fresh Pressed Pom. I have a citrus juicer. It presses large oranges. But I discovered that it also presses pomegranates! So if you also have a citrus press – try my easy Fresh Pom Juice how-to here. Otherwise, you can buy pomegranate juice. POM Wonderful is a great brand.
Pomegranate Lime Fizzy

1/2 lime, squeezed
3/4 cup prosecco or champagne

Kid-Friendly version - replace the prosecco with lemon-lime soda.
