Nutella Stuffed Pancakes
I’m NOT a morning person so breakfast during the week is short and sweet. Weekends however afford us a much more leisurely schedule and allows us to prepare favorites that we can’t enjoy during the week — like pancakes. Now you might remember I’ve shared NUTELLA PANCAKES which are a full on Nutella experience and are delicious. These Nutella Stuffed Pancakes are another variation that I’m sure you’ll love just as much!
Nutella Stuffed Pancakes
What you’ll need:
2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
1 1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon Nutella per pancake
pure maple syrup {optional}
butter {optional}
What to do:
1. Place pancake mix, milk and egg into a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. When hot pour 1/4 cup of batter into center of griddle. Add 1/2 teaspoon Nutella to center. Top with a small amount of batter to cover Nutella. Cook until bubbles appear on surface. Flip. Cook until golden. Continue until you have desired amount of pancakes.
3. Top with butter and syrup if desired.
