Family Circle has been around for a long time and has always been known for its simple yet delicious family friendly recipes. Over the years they have published countless recipes in their magazines and their website, and now have compiled a number of recipes into a cookbook dedicated to busy families looking for healthier meal ideas.

Family Kitchen is happy to offer this cookbook to one lucky reader. Read on for more details on Family Circle Healthy Family Dinners cookbook and how to enter this giveaway.

I ‘Like’ Family Kitchen on FB! I also like Aggie’s Kitchen on FB! My go-to healthy dinner (and one of my favs!) is shrimp, brown rice, and frozen veggies. I always make sure that half the plate is veggies!

I like family kitchen on FB. Our goto healthy family dinner is home made whole wheat roti’s similar to tortias and chickpea curry or any other veggie curry with yogurt on the side.

I like family Kitchen on FB! My healthy family meals usually have things snuck in them :-). I have a 2 and 3 year old and getting them to eat veggies is like pulling teeth! I make regular scetti and load veggies in it! I also use their scrambled eggs to load in veggies. I have to do this for my husband as well LOL!

My go-to healthy meals are usually pastas but they are always WHEAT pasta with alot of veggies, and some sort of pita garlic bread.

On busy weeknights, I throw together a quick salad. I always keep washed greens in the fridge and just add canned beans, leftover veggies or a quick grilled piece of fish.

I am already a “fan” of your FB page. However, a healthy meal that I would make is whole wheat pasta with pesta, grilled and skinless chicken breast, and sided with steamed cauliflower, and end it with Tilamook’s vanilla bean yogurt covered with natural-caramelized baked/grilled peaches.

I am already a fan of family kitchen and now I am a fan of Aggie’s kitchen, I would like the cookbook because I can never get enough ideas for new meals for my family, I love trying new recipes. My go to healthy meal is whole grain pasta, ground turkey meat with lots of chopped up veggies thrown in with some sort of organic pasta sauce.

I like roasting veggies, tossing them with herbs and some garlic once they are cooled, and then mixing them with pearled couscous or quinoa. Sometimes I put just a little parmesan cheese. I already like you on FB!

I’ve been a FB fan of Family Kitchen for a long time — love it! My fave healthy family dinner is a homemade pizza made with from-scratch whole-wheat dough, sauce made from tomatoes from our CSA farm-share, and with tons of veggies hiding under the cheese! My kids love it. I would love this cookbook, however, because with a 2nd-grader and a kindergartner, I’m always on the lookout for new, nutritious dinner ideas!
