Since my son has started preschool, I feel as hurried and rushed as I did when I was working full-time. It’s so hard for us to sit down and eat a full breakfast. Lately, the only time we’ve been eating a “real” breakfast is on the weekends or once in a while for dinner. What I really love to do is have a healthy drink, juice or smoothie in the morning. That paired with a granola or cereal bar is the perfect breakfast for my son and I to enjoy while waiting in his preschool’s car line. And The Daily Meal has some great smoothie recipes that we’ve been enjoying!
