Banana Pudding Milkshake
I first saw banana pudding milkshake at Chick-fil-A. They came out with the new milkshake this past spring. Every time my son and I go out for lunch, it taunts me, and I have to force myself not to order it. I know it has a ton of calories that I just don’t need on my hips. So yesterday I got the idea that I would make it at home, and try to make it lower in fat and calories. I used almond milk instead of whole milk and low-fat frozen yogurt in place of regular ice cream. Since i never indulged in the original shake, I”m not sure how much different this one tastes, but I can say this banana pudding shake is amazing. It’s addictive and is even good with a little chocolate syrup on top. That’s a tip from my three-year-old chocoholic.

Directions
1. Add milk and instant pudding to blender. Mix on high until well mixed. Add ice cream and mix until well blended. Add Nilla wafers and mix until they are crumbled.
2. Garnish with whipped topping, Nilla wafers and sliced banana.
