I’m kissing summer goodbye with a back-to-school/Labor Day giveaway. Soak in the last rays of summer sun and enjoy a glass of iced tea (or some iced tea popsicles) with this Mighty Leaf set.
I consider myself somewhat of an iced connoisseur. I order it nearly everywhere we sit down to eat, I brew my own and I often complain when it doesn’t meet my expectations of crisp, clean flavor and no sweeteners, especially none of the artificial variety. As someone who doesn’t appreciate sweet tea (ducks to avoid flying tomatoes), I rarely order flavored teas because they often come hand in hand with the latter. It was for this reason that I was thrilled to see that Mighty Leaf carried not just black iced tea, but a variety of flavored (and unsweetened) iced tea bags as well.
Said tea did not disappoint. While the peach and ginger flavor was ever present, it did not overwhelm or drown out the solid, black tea it accompanied, and the same was true for the Calypso Mango variety as well. Flavor. Tea. Who knew?
