That’s right, it’s a TWO for ONE cookbook giveaway! We’re giving away a copy of each: The Early Sprouts Cookbook AND Early Sprouts Cultivating Healthy Food Choices in Young Children. In the books you’ll read about the importance of nutrition in early childhood years, the Early Sprouts Approach, how to cook with your children and of course many recipes to get you started. My daughter is HUGE into drinking water, which I love. She only ever has water or milk (unless grandma gets ahold of her). She’s also really into fruit and cucumbers. And we always eat whole grains :)

My son loves stir fry and rice! I can put basically any vegetable or protein in it and he is in heaven!

My oldest sOn has always loved cherry tomatoes and in grade k i’d Pk them for his snack for lunch. He pops them in hus mouth and eats them lk candy still and he’s 17!

My daughter is just moving into the semi-solid food stage, so all her choices are healthy because they’re chosen by her parents! But she does seem to like everything we’ve present, with the possible exception of canned peas (momma doesn’t like them either – we both prefer fresh)

I have found that letting my children in the kitchen to help with meals, makes dinner and eating a more pleasant experience, and the bonding is great!
