Gummy Bears Surfing Chocolate Dipped Potato Chips!
I’ll be the first to admit, this post is straight up silly. I was having a serious craving for a salty-sweet treat and decided to make chocolate dipped potato chips. Then, after I dipped my Trader Joe’s Longboard chips I placed some gummy bears on top and let the ride the waves. I couldn’t help myself, the chips are shaped like longboards for heaven’s sake! My daughter, of course, thought they were hilarious. She ate three bears and left the chips for me. Turns out the salty-sweet thing is not high on her list just yet. Oh well, that just means more for me!
Chocolate Dipped Potato Chips
1 bag Trader Joe’s longboard potato chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Gummy bears
1. Melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and allow to cool slightly. Dip the potato chips individually and allow to cool on a piece of wax paper in the fridge.
2. Place gummy bears on top of the chips and enjoy your surfing snack!
