15 Ways To Use Up Your Summer Pesto

One of my absolute favorite things about this time of year is the abundance of basil in my garden. Each year I seem to add at least one more pot of basil to my herb garden because I just can’t get enough of it. The smell of it is absolutely intoxicating.
My favorite way to use up this fragrant summer herb is definitely to make fresh pesto with it. When I make pesto, there is usually a lot leftover that I store in a jar in my fridge. I find myself putting it on everything…pasta, sandwiches, pizza, grilled meats…the ideas are endless.
Here’s a nice collection of wonderful recipes incorporating pesto…enjoy it while you can!
