Arnold Palmer Slushies The Most Refreshing Drink Ever: Arnold Palmer Slushies

Arnold Palmers are my favorite refreshing beverage in the summer. I love their pitch perfect blend of dark tea and sweet lemonade. Making one really is just about the combining the two beverages, but this summer I added another step: I froze it. That’s right, I made some Arnold Palmer ice cubes and when I was ready for my mid-day refresher I ground them up in the blender, poured in some more Arnold Palmer from the fridge (I make it by the pitcher) and there was my Arnold Palmer Slushie. I loved having the addition of the ice because it kept the drink nice and cold, but since the ice cubes were made of tea they didn’t dilute the drink. I think this version is now my newest favorite drink of summer!

Arnold Palmer Slushies

1 pitcher Arnold Palmers (half iced tea, half lemonade)

1. Freeze one ice cube tray’s worth of Arnold Palmer.

2. To make one drink empty about 4 ice cubes into the blender and blitz them until they are crushed. Pour them into a glass and fill it with some chilled Arnold Palmer from the fridge. Enjoy!
