Spritzer Finished A Perfectly Refreshing Red White & Blue Citrus Spritzer
There is nothing quite like a refreshing spritzer on a hot summer day. I like to give mine a nice fruity splash with some delicious berry filled ice cubes. They give the drink an extra zing that is so much more fun than just plain ice cubes. Since we had recently gone strawberry picking it made the most sense for me to fill up the ice cube trays with sliced berries and some blueberries we had on hand. I piled them into an ice cube tray, filled it with water and let it freeze overnight. The next day I piled them into glasses and filled them with my favorite citrus soda, though a sparkling water would work just as well. There they were, festive, easy red white and blue citrus spritzers to kick off summer!
