Ice cream floats take me back to my childhood. I love them and now my kids love them too. We make them to celebrate special occasions throughout the year but they definitely pop up more frequently in the hot summer months as a just because treat. Our favorite is this classic Coca Cola float. For a variation, it’s fantastic with cherry coke too! It comes together in a snap making it a great quick dessert idea too!
