Need a quick s’mores fix? Sure you do. Who doesn’t crave the sweet and gooey combination of crunchy graham crackers, rich chocolate, and toasty marshmallows? Brooklyn Supper laboratories have been hard at work developing a s’more treat you can make, and devour, in minutes. Delicious baked s’more bites are ready in minutes, making them the perfect treat for a quick pick-me-up. And, since they’re just a little bite, you can get your s’more on without any guilt.
Baked S’mores Bites
makes 12 bites
12 mini cupcake liners
1/3 cup graham crackers broken into large crumbs
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, broken into 1/2” triangle shards
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.
Either on an oven-proof plate, or in a mini muffin tin, arrange the 12 cupcake liners. Fill each one with a few large shards of graham cracker crumbs, add a triangle of chocolate, 3 – 4 marshmallows, one more bit of graham cracker, and a little bit of chocolate. Bake until the marshmallows have toasted, and the chocolate has melted, roughly 5 – 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.
