Apricot Margaritas for Cinco de Mayo!
Happy Cinco de Mayo! Are you celebrating with margaritas? We are! This morning we posted a recipe for STRAWBERRY MARGARITA GRANITAS, but if you’re looking for something a little different how about trying an APRICOT margarita. It’s simple, refreshing and packs as strong a punch as you’d like it to. You can even make a non-alcoholic version by simply omitting the alcohol. We like to use a sugar rim with our margaritas. To do so, place a small amount of sugar into a shallow bowl. Rub a lemon/lime wedge around the rim of your glass. Invert the glass and place into the sugar. Gently turn. Voila a sugar rim ; )
