Chocolate Butterscotch Magic Cookie Bars
These bars are magical because they don’t contain any calories at all {okay so that’s SO not true but we can pretend right ; ) } Once you’ve tasted these you’ll understand why they’re called magic bars. What I love about this recipe, besides its gooey goodness, is that you can throw everything together in about 5 minutes and then it just put it into the oven. The hardest part will be waiting on them to cool down so you can get them out of the pan. And you’ll need to have extra napkins standing by– I did say they were gooey, and I meant it : )
Chocolate Butterscotch Magic Bars
What you’ll need:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter – melted
1 cup crushed graham crackers
6 ounces chocolate chips
6 ounces butterscotch chips
8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup crushed pecan chips
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pour graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted butter oven and press down until you have a crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips on top. Pour sweetened condensed milk over chips. Sprinkle top with pecan chips.
3. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Allow to cool prior to serving.
