The Fizzy Bunny – Easter Brunch Mimosa
For your Easter Brunch feast you’ll want a refreshing, festive drink that the adults of the table can enjoy. I give to you, The Fizzy Bunny!
A hint of spice, a touch of sweet carrot juice, fresh orange juice and that splash of fizzy sparkling wine/champagne.
This sip will give your Easter brunch that extra hint of fun. And fizz.
I even have a kid-friendly option for this fizzy sip – called the Virgin Bunny – accented with fizzy ginger ale or cider.

This fizzy-fun sip is healthy too! Infused with vitamins A and C – you can see why I love this fizzy bevie.
Virgin Bunnies. You can easily make this sip alcohol free by replacing the sparkling wine with either fizzy ginger ale or fizzy apple cider.
The Fizzy Bunny Mimosa
makes one drink
1 part chilled carrot juice
1 part fresh squeezed orange juice
3-4 parts champagne or prosecco sparkling wine — (sub ginger ale or fizzy cider for virgin bunnies)
dash of cayenne

Have a sweet and sparkly Easter everyone!
