Hand-Mashed Burgers. These veggie burger patties are super easy because you basically place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork until a sticky mixture forms. Then you simply hand shape the burgers and place them in the oven to bake. Easy! You can add your own fun burger toppings like:
chipotle ketchup
spicy mustard
onions
tomato slices
vegan bacon (to keep in the veg theme)
vegan Daiya cheese
grilled pineapple
slaw
lettuce leaves
and more..
Have a healthy, happy veggie burger night!
