Pigs in a Blanket p Elite 8 Snacks: Mini Pigs in a Blanket

Whether you’re keeping up with who’s in the Elite 8, or looking for a quick and tasty appetizer for a get together, or simply wanting to try a new after school snack, this is one you can pull together in about 15 minutes. And with only 4 ingredients.
It’s budget friendly to boot. By using Lit’l smokies and cutting the crescent rolls into strips {instead of folding the whole thing around one smokie} it really does stretch your dollar and feed quite a few at the same time.

The dipping sauce consists of ketchup and mustard which is probably already in your pantry, and is easily doubled if you want extra sauce!

What you’ll need:
14 ounces Hilshire Farm Beef Lit’l Smokies – drained
1 tube crescent rolls
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard

What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. Unroll crescent rolls. Cut each crescent roll into 5-6 thin strips. Wrap one crescent strip around each Lit’l Smokie. Place onto baking sheet, seam side down. Continue until all are assembled.

3. Bake for approximately 10 minutes OR until crescents are golden.

4. WHILE smokies are baking, mix ketchup and mustard together into a small bowl to use as dipping sauce.

Serve warm.
