Fat Tuesday is tomorrow. This is a special day set aside for feasting on rich, fatty foods before the beginning of Lent. There is all sorts of interesting history behind the holiday. I have never been to Mardi Gras or officially celebrated Fat Tuesday, but I have eaten the food featured on this particular food holiday several times.
