NCAA Basketball – Healthy Game Day Dip Recipes
If you are hunkered down on your couch today watching all the NCAA Basketball, Big 12, Big East Tournament action, you are probably devouring a few snacks along the way. And the best game day snacking to me is a nice spread of dips! Here are my favorite dip recipes to get you started.
But instead of chowing down on high calorie, fat-laden, cheese and cream dips, try a few of these healthier dip recipes instead. Like a “Cheesy” Spinach Dip Popeye would be proud of, a sunny flavorful Asparagus-Sunflower Dip – and my fave the Bold Butternut Squash Dip. Add a nice platter of veggies, fruit and crackers and game day is delish (and guilt-free!). ..I like to call it skinny dipping. Get my recipes…
