Celebrate Spring Early with Chicken Spring Rolls
I found these gorgeous stainless steel bento boxes today, and immediately bought two for my friend. When I called her to find out when I should bring them over, she told me that she was having spring rolls for lunch, and to come on over.
I love her spring rolls. Especially the peanut sauce she serves with them. It has the perfect balance of flavors. Together, they make an extremely healthy, extremely satisfying lunch.
You can find these stainless steel lunch boxes at amazon.com.
