Snow Cream Recipe for the Day After Christmas Snow Storm
Coats. Mittens, Boots. Check. Half-n-Half? If you live anywhere on the east coast, you are experiencing a blizzard and since we will be quarantined to the house for two days, I dug out a snow cream recipe to keep us entertained. This snow cream recipe is so easy and fun that it should be a crime…
Snow Cream Recipe:
1/2 cup half-n-half
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 cups of fresh snow
Mix the half-n-half, sugar and vanilla together until the sugar dissolves. The mix with 4 cups of snow, adding 1 cup of snow at a time & mix until you get a thick consistency. Add some sprinkles and smile!
