National Cupcake Day: The Best Cupcake Recipes to Make at Home
While it’s fun to venture to many of the amazing cupcake bakeries around the States, it’s also fun to bake cupcakes at home. Most cupcake recipes are very straightforward, merely requiring a mixing bowl and spoon. Put the batter in a muffin tin to bake and you have delicious cupcakes less than an hour later. Of course, cupcakes aren’t cupcakes until they are topped with frosting. I highly recommend a flavored buttercream or cream cheese frosting, unless you want a fancier ganache or whipped cream.
