Turkey Soup is Good for the Soul: Thanksgiving Leftovers
There are so many options on what to do with the Thanksgiving Turkey leftovers but some of best comforting ideas this Winter is to make Turkey Soup.
One of my favorites includes using both the Butternut Squash and leftover Turkey in a Butternut Squash and Turkey Soup….
Yup, the folks at EatingWell.com have a Southwestern-inspired turkey-and-squash soup that you can use leftover turkey in by simply diced it up and adding it a few minutes before serving.
This Turkey Soup with Ricefrom FoodNetwork.com is brilliant as it also uses the Turkey carcass.
The pièce de résistanceis the 7, yes 7 leftover Turkey Soup round-up by Soup Chick includes the best from Simply recipes, Kalyn’s Kitchen and Kahakai Kitchen.
