grilledcorn 300x219 Labor Day Fest: Grilled Corn on the CobLast year was the first time that I experimented with grilled corn on the cob and fell in love. It is amazing how you can simply change the way in which you prepare a food and its’ flavor tastes new and fresh.

This is the case with grilling corn on the cob. Now, there are two ways you can approach grilling the corn…..

One approach is to grill the corn in the husks. You first peel the husk back, remove the silk and then replace the husk. You then grill the corn, turning every few minutes until completed, about 15  minutes in total.

The second approach is to completely remove the husk before grilling the corn. This does result in the corn being cooked even faster so make sure the heat is low and that you are constantly monitoring it.

Whichever approach you choose (or try both), enjoy the summer flavor.
