Baked Tomatoes 300x201 Webisode Wednesday: Baked Summer Tomatoes with Parmesan & HerbsWe are at the peak of tomato season in the northeast and I am cooking with them almost every day. During my daughter’s naptime last week I decided to use some of my farmer’s market haul to make these delicious baked tomatoes with parmesan and herbs. I prepared everything during naptime then let them rest in the fridge for the afternoon. I popped them in the oven right before dinner time and they were perfectly cooked through just as I set dinner on the table. And easy, delicious tomato dish, this is sure to please everyone at your summer table.
