Webisode Wednesday: Mom’s Nearly Famous Gazpacho
Last week a heat-wave blasted the country and it was way too hot to cook. I don’t think I’m the only one who didn’t turn on her oven! When it’s too hot to cook one of my favorite things to make is Gazpacho. This cold spicy tomato soup can be pulled together in minutes in the food processor and doesn’t require a single flame of heat. I’ve always coveted my Mom’s Gazpacho recipe and recently she gave me a great tutorial in how to make it. Here you’ll see us at work in her kitchen while my daughter was upstairs taking a nap!
