Cukes & Ginger Dip

cukes ginger dip 300x200 Cukes & Ginger Dip I get almost as many requests for this snack as I do for front-ronner chips and salsa: Persian or Japanese cukes (the kind you don’t have to peel or slice — bonus) and  ginger dressing. We always have Jo’s Japanese Ginger — my kids would drink it from the bottle if they could — but Annie’s Natural Asian Sesame Dressing makes a good one, too.
