Skyscraper Sandwiches

Special Info: Egg free, Nut free

Ingredients:

6 slices whole wheat or white bread
mayo or mustard for spreading

Filling ideas:

Cream cheese
1/2 cup grated cheese

OR

Shaved ham
Turkey
1/2 cup grated cheese and 1 cup shredded lettuce

Method:

Spread two slices of bread with mayo or mustard and then a topping (cheese or ham or turkey).

Place another slice of bread on top, spread with some more mayo or mustard and then the next topping.

Finish the layers with another slice of bread.

Cut off the crusts and then cut each sandwich into four squares.

Spread a small amount of butter on the top of one square and top with another square.

Repeat until you have four skyscrapers.

Wrap in plastic wrap to hold together.
