Sarah McLachlan was a big part of these Olympic Games. In addition to writing and recording a song, ‘One Dream,’ for the games being held in her native Canada, mother-of-two McLachlan also carried the Olympic flame in part of the relay that took place on Thursday. I’m sure daughters India and Taja were along the route to cheer their mom on.
Brendan Burke, the 21-year-old son of Toronto Maple Leafs President and general manager Brian Burke, was killed in a car crash in Economy, Indiana on Friday night.
