Taylor Swift is making headlines again and it’s all Jay Leno’s fault! The country superstar has been dragged into an Internet fray between the tonight show and a little known blog after the show lifted some material to use on The Tonight Show without giving proper credit.
The bit in question showed Taylor Swift’s many varied facial expressions each time her name is announced as the winner at the awards shows. To set it up, Jay Leno mentioned that they were going to show a bunch of clips that The Tonight Show had put together. The catch was that the show had nothing to do with the montage which had been compiled by a couple of bloggers.
Kim Kardashian was on The Tonight Show Tuesday with host Jay Leno and was wearing a very visible halo over her head.
When asked during her appearance how she avoids trouble like some other young celebrities out there, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star gave credit to her father and being the responsible older sister (video below).
She also admitted not liking the taste for alcohol, saying that her sisters Kourtney and Khloe have had her share. Way to make yourself look good by jokingly making your sisters look bad!
The reality star is no saint but according to her sisters, she is pretty boring. Maybe but at least she’s not out there making a fool of herself or getting arrested either like other young celebs in Hollywood!
Conan O’Brien said good-bye to “The Tonight Show” on Friday night and Will Ferrell and his wife Viveca Paulin were there to give him a sendoff. Ferrell and his pregnant hippie wife “Dawn” joined O’Brien on stage to perform Lynyrd Skynyrd’s 1973 hit “Free Bird” as the credits rolled. “Dawn” wore a floral head scarf and mumu that barely contained her pregnant belly – in real life the couple are expecting their third child this month. Fans of Conan O’Brien are out in full force today, in the pouring rain, in front of ‘The Tonight Show’ stage at Universal Studios. Similar protests are also being planned in New York and Chicago. They’re protesting the ouster by NBC of their late-night hero from his seven-month-old hosting spot in order to make way for Jay Leno’s return. It’s being reported that Andy Richter has just addressed the crowd in L.A. and Conan himself is expected to make an appearance later today.
Sorry, Team Coco, but it looks like Conan O’Brien will officially be vacating the Tonight Show chair. But at least he’s getting a big sack of cash as a going away present.

TMZ is reporting that Jay Leno is getting his one-hour, 11:35pm show back and it will be called, The Tonight Show, which means Conan O’Brien is out of a job. Wait – didn’t Leno already leave The Tonight Show to much fanfare? It’s kind of like having a big going-away party for someone who decides not to leave town. All you’re left with is resentment, a dirty apartment and a bunch of leftover hors d’oeuvres.
