Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is about to embark on a whole new reality TV journey with her stint on this season of Celebrity Apprentice.
And with more airtime on television, will come a whole lot more of Teresa’s controversial comments. Let’s be honest – the girl doesn’t have the best sense of the English language, but what she does say often hurts those around her.

It was nothing compared to the string of blizzards we had last year – it was nearly spring before it all melted! – but the New York /New Jersey area still enjoyed the few inches of snow that fell on our sidewalks and lawns last night.
My kids and I went sledding at the new playground near our neighborhood – it has a terrific steep hill – but a bitter wind, my son’s wet gloves and my frostbitten toes forced us to cut the fun short. (Note to self: Tall rain boots are not a good substitute for lined snow boots, even if the snow isn’t deep. Dumb Mom.)
But Teresa Giudice‘s daughters fared much better. While Gia was at dance class, sisters Audriana, Milania and Gabriella bundled up and went out to throw snowballs and make snow angels. Naturally, they looked fabulicious doing it!
“I LOVE the summer, but I love seeing my kids happy playing in the snow too,” said Teresa on her website. “And I love the way the trees look covered in snow.”
I may not be a RHONJ, but I couldn’t agree more. Wonder if the girls had hot chocolate waiting for them when they went inside, like my kids did?

When one becomes a “reality star,” advice is often given to capatilize on that fame as much as possible because in a blink of an eye that 15 minutes of fame could run dry very quickly. Such is the case for Teen Mom Farrah Abraham who is planning on releasing a family cookbook, fitness video, and other personal business ventures. So is Farrah the next Teresa Giudice?
The Real Housewife of New Jersey certainly has used her fame wisely. Giudice has released a slew of best-selling cookbooks and is on the verge of becoming the next Celebrity Apprentice. She’s certainly a good role model for other reality stars.
Abraham seems to have taken note as she is hinting at the release of her own family cookbook with a recent photo of her, Sophia, her mom Debra, and her grandmother around jars of sauce and peppers in hand.

Teresa Giudice
Wow. I so wish I was hanging out with Teresa Giudice and her family this week. Why? Because the Real Housewives of New Jersey star along with Joe, Joe’s Dad and a girl or two made a slew of sausages. And when I say “slew” I actually mean almost a ton…literally. Teresa said they made 800 pounds of sausages! Wow!
Teresa wrote on her website:
“We’ve spent the last few days at Joe’s parents house making homemade Italian sausages: thick ones and thin ones, sweet and hot (our favorite)! It’s a whole process and takes a few days. You have to buy the meat, and trim the fat and cut it up, then you add your own blend of spices, then stuff it in casings (I won’t tell you what). Then you hang them to cure. We do at Joe’s parents house because you need to hang them in a basement, and we don’t have one. My parents and my kids and 2 ladies from our church were there as well. We needed the help because we made a LOT: over 800 pounds! Can’t wait to eat it! Mmm…”

Gia's Birthday!
On January 9th, Teresa Giudice’s daughter Gia celebrated her 11th birthday!
The proud mom tweeted, “Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter @TrueGia ! I love you so much!!! I can’t believe you’re 11 already! I’m so proud of you! Xx”
And Gia? She tweeted too saying, “Omg it is my b day!!! Exactly at 5:30 I was born 43 min!! :)” Adding, “Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes love you all!!!”
Teresa shared photos from Gia’s big day saying, “Here are some pics from Gia’s bday party last night. Her grandparents came over and her cousins (from Joe’s side) xx”
