Does celebrity dad Usher want a life like Huge Hefner? OMG.
Normally I have nothing but respect for celeb dad and singing superstar Usher, but a recent statement he made has me seriously questioning my initial opinion. It’s no secret that ever since his disastrous divorce from Tameka Foster in 2009, the 32-year-old father of two has been enjoying his new-found single swagger. ”Seeing how marriage didn’t work out for me the first time, I’m in no rush to do it again,” Usher explains to Playboy Digital.
That statement seems completely reasonable, had it ended there. Unfortunately it didn’t. Usher continues, “Maybe I can find a couple of women who are open-minded. Look at how Hugh Hefner does it, with a harem of women.”
The most important difference between Hugh Hefner and Usher? Hugh Hefner doesn’t have two sons under the age of 5-years-old (Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, nearly 22 months) that he needs to set a good example for. Hopefully this father of two was joking when he made that comment, because the effect that multiple women could have on his young boys could be very confusing and detrimental to their life.
Come on, Usher! We know you’re a better man than that!

R&B singer Usher and his estranged wife Tameka Foster are divorcing and it looks like there could be a hit song out of the situation? Usher’s first single from his yet untitled new album is called Papers. Coincidence? I think not.
Tameka Foster is speaking out against claims that her estranged husband, R&B singer Usher, is not the biological father to her youngest son Naviyd Ely Raymond, now seven-months-old. She wants people to know, Usher is absolutely the dad to Naviyd as well as Usher V!
Rumor is that Usher is requesting a DNA test for his younger son. Did Tameka step out before their split and have another man’s baby and try to pass it off as Usher’s? That would be such bad form!
Usher and Tameka Foster are getting divorced and to many, it comes as no big surprise.
Close friends and sources say the trouble started even before the marriage began. “They peaked before they even got married. Right after it was over, they started to drift apart. He just wasn’t ready to settle down, at least not with her.”
So It’s finally been confirmed, Usher and his wife Tameka Foster are getting a divorce.
