15 Gorgeous Celebrity Single Moms! (Photos)
A decade or so ago, one may have been ashamed to be called a single mom, but today it’s more of an accomplishment than anything else. And that’s something we definitely would call sexy!
There’s an entire population of single moms in Hollywood right now including Denise Richards, Heidi Klum and Sandra Bullock.
These ladies are leading the pack of independent, sophisticated, and downright sexy women that we can’t get enough of – and we say bravo!
Take a look at our list of 15 sexy celebrity single moms below!
Sandra Bullock’s Adopting Again!
What a great week for baby-adoption news! Charlize Theron just welcomed son Jackson into her heart and home, and word is that Kristen Wiig is seriously considering the same.
Now RadarOnline is exclusively reporting that Sandra Bullock is in the process of adopting a sibling for her son, Louis.
“Sandra has always planned to have more than one child,” an insider tells the site. “She feels that now is a good time for a new baby to be welcomed into the family.”
As with her first child, Sandra is pursuing a domestic adoption, and she reportedly has just completed all the paperwork.
She had originally planned to adopt Louis with then-husband Jesse James, but once their marriage fell apart, she went ahead with the adoption as a single mom.
Sandra is one of many celebs who have become parents through adoption. Some, like her, are single moms who want children; others have infertility issues or want to give children from developing nations a better life.
But don’t send Bullock baby gifts just yet.
Sandra Bullock Lives a Mom’s Worst Nightmare: “So Scary!”
If you’re a mom, you’ve been through it: that heart-stopping moment when you realize that your child is sick or hurt beyond just a simple stubbed toe or sniffly nose. For me, it happened when my son was 2. A simple cough one Sunday morning suddenly escalated to a full-scale hacking, a raging fever and an upchuck of the dose of baby Tylenol I tried to give him. Fortunately, we have the Pediatrician From Heaven, who returned my call to her service within minutes, listened to my son’s cough over the phone and calmly said, “Meet me in the ER. I’ll be right over.”
So I can totally relate – and I know you can, too – to Sandra Bullock‘s recent crisis with her adorable 2-year-old son, Louis.
A source tells Us Weekly that during the Academy Awards ceremony, Bullock was overheard talking to a friend at the bar about her terrible mom moment. “The scariest thing happened the other day,” the actress said. “Louis had this really high fever.”
Sandra Bullock And Her Little Man Out And About In Beverly Hills (Photos)
There’s really not much to write here other than Sandra Bullock and her little man Louis Bardo definitely deserve the cutest mother/son duo award for the uber cuteness we see here.
The Oscar nominated actress was caught by the paparazzi dropping off Louis at his pre-school in Beverly Hills.
According to online rumors, Sandra has found a new romance after being photographed attending a private party with a mystery man. We can only wonder who this new guy is!

Sandra Bullock Says She Felt “Emotionally Dead” Before Motherhood
Sandra Bullock recently said in an interview that her life before motherhood was “emotionally dead” compared to how she feels now and that she of course feels more vulnerable as both a mother and an actress today than in her pre-child life.
Now before we throw our hands up in the air and gasp at the second coming of Gisele Bundchen, Sandy didn’t exactly say her life was dead before babies, as many media outlets are making it out to be.
Sandy told E! Online in an interview, “Everything becomes far more emotional, which I’m grateful for. You feel like you were dead compared to the way you were emotionally before. At least I did.”
“I’m sure Louis informs me in ways I don’t even know how. Everything becomes richer or more important or more frightening or more challenging,” she adds.
While she might have felt “emotionally” dead before babies, I think a lot of moms feel physically dead – if you may – after babies. Has any celebrity ever talked about how challenging and tiresome it is to run after toddlers all day? And of course, without the help of any nannies around?
Check out our photos of Sandy before motherhood and tell us, does she look any different? We don’t think so!
Sandra Bullock Does A Fashion Miss With Gold Shoes (Photos)
While we love our Sandy, but Joan Rivers needs to cancel her appointment with Dr. 90210 and head over to wherever Miss Sandra Bullock is and arrest her for this very serious fashion crime.
I mean, look at those shoes. Not only are they gold, but they are hideous. And by hideous, I mean in a very 1992 way.
The mother-of-one was spotted leaving her office in Los Angeles looking like she just stepped out of a time machine.
Oh, Sandra. Please come back to 2011. We’ve missed you. Check out our photos and tell us what you think.
Sandra Bullock Shines in Gold Sequin Dress (Photos)
Sandra Bullock has been kind of off the radar lately, but for the 2011 amfAR Inspiration Gala at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, she definitely turned heads!
Sandra wowed on the red carpet in this short sequined gold dress, paired with a chic black jacket and heels. Doesn’t she look absolutely amazing? Sandra may be a busy mom to baby Louis, but she sure looked like a movie star for this event!
I am loving this entire look and wish that I had a fancy party to go to so that I could try and recreate it. Sandra looks so cute and put together, and even the black nail polish on her fingers adds a little something to her look.
