Mother-of-fourteen Nadya Suleman (who keeps on popping up in the headlines) is selling her Octocrib.
The notorious mother, who has seen more downs than ups lately, has put her Orange County, CA home on the market with an asking price of $525,000, which is $25,000 more than the appraised value of the home.
Right now, Nadya owes approximately a $450,000 balloon payment to Amer Haddadin, who is the note holder on the home, who has tried to convince the celebrity mother to sell the home all summer long.
It looks like some deep financial issues and no positive sign of hope has finally forced Nadya to put a “Fore Sale” sign on her yard.
Nadya’s father, Ed Doud, purchased the home in 2009 for $565,000.
While there might not be any quick takers on the home (or maybe?), let’s hope that Nadya and her fourteen kids have a place to live soon. The kids have already had a tumultuous life and we wouldn’t want to see anything going bad even further for them.
