As 25 amazing years of The Oprah Show come to a sad end, we’re looking back at the amazing celebrity parents that have been guests.
One of the best Oprah moments was with celebrity dad Tom Cruise. Who can ever forget Tom’s jump for joy on Oprah’s couch after declaring his love for Katie Holmes? That moment is one of the most memorable celebrity moments I can think of!
But the funniest during his whopping 16 appearances on the Oprah show was when Tom and Oprah met Nancy. Remember Nancy, the woman who got to meet Tom Cruise and Oprah – not once but twice? Watch the video here.
John Travolta has also had many amazing moments on Oprah. The actor made his 20th Oprah Show appearance in September 2010 when he danced Oprah onto the stage for her farewell season premiere and helped surprise 302 Ultimate Viewers with a trip to Australia.

We can all thank Oprah Winfrey for introducing the world to the wonders of Spanx as the talk show titan made the hosiery a household name.
It was always a secret among celebrities that they wear spanx to hide those awful chunks that all the diets and exercises in the world could not help.
But, Oprah revealed that secret to the world a few years back and now they are every woman’s savior.

Even tiny Nicole Richie is a regular at the gym! The easiest, cheapest way to get in shape for swimsuit season is to get moving.
Spring weather is here, so there’s no excuse to be a couch potato! Get up and walk or run, for at least 30 minutes a day.
Get a good pair of walking or running shoes.
Get a pedometer.

Tina Fey is five months pregnant with her second child. Tina and her husband Jeff Richmond are parents to 5½-year-old daughter Alice.

Tina Fey is pregnant again!
Tina Fey is pregnant!
And she announced it during the taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show on Wednesday.
The funny mummy and 30 Rock star said she is expecting her second child.
Fey is five months along, a rep for the actress confirmed to People Magazine.
She and hubby, composer Jeff Richmond, also have 5½-year-old daughter Alice.
Fey is promoting her new book, Bossypants, and will be appearing in an upcoming Saturday Night Live reunion.
Oprah’s interview with Fey is scheduled to air on April 12th.
Oprah Announces Her Final Episode.
I never thought this day would come, but today Oprah Winfrey has gone and announced that the final episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show will air May 25, 2011.
I can’t even fathom this thought right now. But Winfrey will close down production on her 25-year-old daytime talk show at the close of this season before focusing all of her attention on her network OWN.
There is still no word on who her final guest will be, but the possibilities are endless. Why not come full circle and invite your very first guest?
