Wow – this dude’s busy. Lil Wayne, who just welcomed a son with ex Nivea in December, may be expecting another baby with model Shenell. And no, I don’t know what that thing is in her nose.

That would make Lil Wayne’s life much less complicated – if he is not the father of Lauren London’s unborn child. He’s expecting a baby with Nivea, so one less he’s not the daddy of, is probably a good thing.
Lil Wayne is sick… not as in ‘hey, I hear Lil Wayne’s new rock album is sick‘, but as in he’s ill. Whatever, you know what I mean. According to his peeps, he’s postponing his European tour as a result of doctor mandated rest.
