The owners of the Neverland Ranch may have big, exciting plans for the former home of the King of Pop!
According to recent reports, Colony Capitol wants to turn Neverland into a renowned school of music for teens. Though the business plan has not yet been solidified, it is said that Capitol wants to base the institute off of The Juilliard School in NYC, teaching the teen students everything from writing to performing.
As usual, Joan Rivers was full of sassy one-liners for the paparazzos following her around yesterday. The off-color comedienne not only went off on hot mom Brooke Shields, but they paps even got her to comment on Kate Gosselin’s uterus. Hehe.

Anyone who watched Michael Jackson’s moving, celebrity-packed memorial yesterday will agree on one thing: the one thing everyone will remember were the 20 emotion-packed seconds when Jackson’s daughter Paris took center stage and referred to the late singer as ‘Daddy.’
For me, it was the first time in years that I saw Jackson as human, as a father, and not as a mere tragic caricature of his former self. For many of us it was a shock just to see Jackson’s kids in public, let alone speaking.
There have been sightings of Michael Jackson’s family members at Forest Lawn Memorial Park tonight.
Prior to Tuesday’s public memorial for Michael Jackson at the Staples Center, the Jackson family will have a chance to mourn in private. A family source is revealing that Jackson’s close family – including his parents, brothers and sisters – will gather together at Forest Lawn Memorial park at 8am Tuesday morning.
