Melanie Brown's daughter files police battery report against her father.
Spice Girl Melanie Brown’s eldest daughter Phoenix, 12, has filed a battery police report against her father, Jimmy Gulzar.
“The cops had to be called to enforce the court order, which states that Mel has primary custody of Phoenix. There was a stand off for several hours. When it became clear that Gulzar wasn’t going to turn Phoenix over, LAPD responded and told Jimmy he had to allow his daughter to leave his apartment. When Phoenix came out, she was extremely distraught and very upset. The police immediately took her to the police station to fill out a report,” revealed a source close to the situation.
The police report goes as follows: ”Victim is suspect’s daughter. Susp has visitation rights w/daughter. When daughter attempted to leave susp’s house to return to mother’s home, susp grabbed vict’s arm refusing to let her leave.”

It looks like there still is some spice left over in Melanie Brown’s world.
The mother-of-three just gave birth to her daughter Madison only a month ago and she’s already making waves with her post-pregnancy body on the red carpet in Sydney.
The singer and television presenter was on hand with her four-year-old daughter Phoenix Chi at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards at the Sydney Entertainment Centre looking very Beyonce-ish in her Countdown video with a retro look.
While there’s no doubting that Mel is still sporting a post-pregnancy tummy (she did gain over sixty pounds while pregnant), she still looked great and confident in a figure-hugging hot pink and grey dress.

Mel B is walking to lose her pregnancy pounds.
Former Spice Girl Mel B gave birth to her second daughter, Madison, on September 1st, and she’s already hard at work trying to lose her baby weight!
Considering her baby is only a month old, Mel B is starting slow as far as exercise goes. Most doctors don’t give the go-ahead for regular exercise until at least six weeks post-partum, so it’s good that she’s taking it easy for now.
Mel was seen in Sydney taking a brisk walk with her personal trainer. Dressed in workout pants and a sweatshirt, Mel B looked pretty much like most new moms do after having a baby. For the majority of us, the weight doesn’t just “fall off,” as it so often magically does in the celeb world.
Melanie Brown only allows junk food on Fridays!
Spice Girl Melanie Brown already has a lot to juggle with with her girls Phoenix Chi, 12, Angel Iris, 4, newborn Madison and stepdaughter Giselle, 7. So when it comes to letting them get their way, she is definitely no pushover. And one of her rules is that junk food is only allowed on Fridays.
“They have candy day on Friday, so they don’t get junk all week long,” Mel tells Hello!, adding that she limits screen time as well. “If they’ve been good all week, they’ll have a treat. Angel has an iPad, seeing a kid with a flat-screen at four years old is a bit crazy, but if she’s been good all week, she’ll play with it for a few hours on Friday and that’s it…. Some parents go for the easy route of, ‘Oh have it, I’m busy’, but I’m not like that.”
Kris Jenner offered to deliver Mel B's baby!
We all know how Kris Jenner likes to be very involved in each of her childrens’ lives including Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian. But offering to deliver Mel B’s baby takes it to a whole new level.
“I went to Kim Kardashian’s wedding a few days before I had Madison and it was amazing. Kim’s mom came up to me and said she’d delivered Kim’s sister Kourtney’s baby, so I shouldn’t worry if I went into labor,” Melanie said. “They also had a doctor on site who kept asking if I was OK.”
“Kim actually came over and said, ‘Don’t you give birth today, Mel.’ I think I would have stolen her thunder if I had,” Mel laughed.
Mel B and Stephen Belafonte on a dinner date.
Mel B just gave birth to her third child, a daughter, who is her first baby with husband Stephen Belafonte. The baby was born on September 1st, and Mel and Stephen named her Madison Brown Belafonte.
Mel and Stephen must have been craving a little alone time, because they were spotted out on a dinner date at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. Considering she just had a baby not quite two weeks ago, Mel B looks great, but it is so refreshing to see a celebrity mom with a “normal” looking post-baby body.
So many famous mamas step out in their skinny jeans right after giving birth, which can make us “regular” moms pretty down and depressed.
Mel B enlisted the help of her daughter, Phoenix, to name her newborn baby girl.
Spice Girl Melanie Brown, better known as Scary Spice, let her daughter, Phoenix, have the honors of naming her newborn daughter, but it seems to be a stalled process.
On Friday, Mel B tweeted, “My daughter Phoenix wants to pick her sisters baby name,so fingers crossed she picks a good one!!” Cute idea, but not thought out.
Because on Saturday (Sept. 3), she said, “Phoenix has named our baby girl the cutest name,can’t wait for you guys to hear it,soon ma peeps,” which was followed by this message late last night (Sept. 4), “Phoenix my daughter is still deciding our babies name,i don’t wanna rush her,it will be soon!”
So much back and forth! Let’s hope it’s worth the wait.

At least we know there will be Victoria Beckham and Mel B playdates in the future. Mel B tweeted, “@victoriabeckham ahhhh thank you that means a lot to me,hopefully our girls can get together soon!!”
