Oh Martha — we didn’t know you had it in you! This week – deviating from her favorite authors, artisans and chefs, Martha Stewart did an exercise themed show featuring famed pole-dancing diva to the stars, Sheila Kelley. Always hands-on, Martha took some tips from the S Factor founder and tried a few slithery moves on the pole herself. I’m not sure it was the best endorsement for Sheila’s sensual exercise routine (maybe if Martha had been wearing the special heels Sheila recommends for her pole-dancing veterans like Teri Hatcher and Kate Hudson) but it sure was entertaining.
