Lil Wayne punched Drake over the weekend! Drake has confirmed that the just released from prison rapper did in fact punch the recording artist following a concert in Las Vegas.
“You got the story wrong,…Lil Wayne punched me in my arm cause he saw a VW beetle pass by…haaa…YM Forever,” Drake wrote this afternoon on his Twitter page.
Lil Wayne can't drink for three years as part of probation
Lil Wayne, who was just released from prison and is now on probation, can’t drink alcohol for 36 months or he will go back to jail. Okay, what are the chances that’s gonna happen? But if he can stick to his restrictions, it’s certainly good news for his four children. His three youngest children were born within 15 months of each other, all by different mothers. His oldest daughter was born when he was 15 and he was married for two years to the mother. Lil Wayne is out of jail this morning after serving eight months of having a load gun on his tour bus in 2007.
“FREE AT LAST!!!!!!!” his manager, Cortez Bryant, Tweeted Thursday morning.
Did jail time change Lil Wayne? Doesn’t seem like it.
Lil Wayne will head to his crib in Miami where friends are planning a welcome home bash Sunday night. Celebrities expected to attend are Drake, Jay Sean and Cash Money CEO and rapper Bryan “Birdman” Williams.
“I was never scared, worried nor bothered by the situation” behind bars, Lil Wayne said via Weezythanxyou.com, a website he set up to give fans the inside on his jail life at Riker’s Island.

Wow – this dude’s busy. Lil Wayne, who just welcomed a son with ex Nivea in December, may be expecting another baby with model Shenell. And no, I don’t know what that thing is in her nose.
Today was supposed to be the day that Dwayne Carter (aka Lil Wayne or “Weezy”) began serving his 1-year prison sentence, but the judge granted him a month-long reprieve in order to undergo a “medically necessary” dental surgery (something to do with all that jewelry in his mouth, I presume?).
