Christina Aguilera’s friends are worried about her recent behaviour, especially after being arrested earlier this week for public intoxication.
“She’s not being honest with herself,” a pal of the Burlesque actress told People Magazine.
“She’s saying she’s this strong independent woman and she’s fine, but what she’s not stepping back to realize is that moving on after a divorce is not easy.”
The 30-year-old pop star has found a new boyfriend in Matthew Rutler, who was also arrested for investigation of driving under the influence.
Her friends are apparently worried about their relationship.
“There’s a real concern about this guy, and a lot of her friends feel she needs to get away from him,” the friend said. “Hopefully, what happened [on Tuesday] is a real wake up call.”

Christina Aguilera racy photos: Jordan Bratman Involved?
The Christina Aguilera photos that surfaced online yesterday are being attributed to a hacker who got into the account of Christina Aguilera’s personal stylist. The Christina Aguilera photos were not meant for the public to see…ever. The pictures were taken back in April of 2010, though it is unclear whether Christina had them taken for husband Jordan Bratman, or new beau, Matt Rutler.
Christina Aguilera is on the cover of the December issue of Redbook, and inside she talks about her split from her husband, Jordan Bratman, and on the challenges of balancing work and being a mom.
The photos of Christina were taken just 2 days after the singer announced her split with her husband, and it seems the split was very much on her mind.
“Every woman has the ability or the drive to do it all and have it all. Men aren’t as strong and capable as we are. We’re machines.”
“My life is cyclical. First it’s album time, then it’s touring time. I go through phases, so we roll with the punches. I’m not a 9-to-5 woman who has the same kind of lifestyle for years on end. Christina Aguilera Blows A Kiss Goodbye To Ex Jordan Bratman
Christina Aguilera and her ex-husband Jordan Bratman have been separated since September 11 and yet, the ex is still living in their shared Beverly Hills home. Aguilera is definitely not happy.
After five years of marriage and one child together, Aguilera filed for divorce from Bratman to the shock of many. And living situations are becoming extremely awkward with this once happy family. Bratman has no plans to move out which is driving Aguilera to stay in a hotel.

“It’s not easy, and there have been a lot of tears and sadness,” Christina explains. “It’s impossible to redefine yourself and your life overnight. Thankfully, I have my mom and a small group of close friends who are there for me 24/7 and whom I can trust and depend on. On days when it feels impossible to even get out of bed, much less function as a mother, their support and encouragement have kept me moving forward.”
Regardless of the difficulties she is facing, Christina’s main focus is being a good mother to her and Jordan’s son Max, who will be turning three in January. “His needs and happiness are my top priorities, and my biggest concern is to protect him and make him feel safe,” says Christina of son Max. A very important focus for a mother to have- especially since understanding the situation can be scary and confusing for such a young child.
Hopefully she will be able to keep this focus as her top priority regardless of how the situation unfolds!

Christina Aguilera officially files for divorce
Well, I can’t say I’m shocked by this, but it did happen awfully quick! Christina Aguilera has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Jordan Bratman.
TMZ.com is reporting that the singer cited “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce petition, and that there was an existing prenup. The divorce petition also asks that that “Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation” be considered separate property.
