After yesterday’s meeting with an arbitrator, it looks like somebody’s going to have to write a pretty large check to his own joint bank account, and his name starts with J and ends with on Gosselin. As predicted Kate Gosselin filed legal papers in a Pennsylvania court today to force Jon to put back all the money he swiped. Along with making him return the $230,000 he took out of their joint account, she wants to have him ‘cited for contempt’ since he violated the prohibition of taking funds out of the account without approval. Kate and her lawyer would like the judge to “nail her estranged hubby with financial sanctions.” Continue reading »
Jon Gosselin made an appearance on Larry King Live last night in the latest chapter of the War of the Gosselins. Attempting to curry some sympathy from viewers Jon extended an olive branch to Kate. “I had an epiphany one day,” he said. “I made mistakes… I’m here to apologize to Kate.” I wonder if Jon even knows what an epiphany is? Does he think it’s the name of a micro brew they serve at the Bellagio?
Jon also added, “I apologize to Hailey [Glassman].” Dude should have quit while he was ahead. See the video after the jump.
Poor Jon Gosselin. First he gets the cold shoulder from TLC and now Kate Gosselin’s rejecting his attempts to slow down their divorce proceedings. What’s next – a ‘Dear Jon’ letter from Hailey Glassman?
How’s this for timing? On the same day that TLC announced that they were changing the name of Jon & Kate Plus 8 to Kate Plus 8, Jon Gosselin breaks the news that he may not want that divorce from Kate after all. Wow, what a coincidence! Did Jon have a change of heart, or did he suddenly realize he was going to have to start paying for those cigarettes and Ed Hardy shirts out of his own pocket?
