Bridget Marquardt admits to freezing her eggs.
Former Girl Next Door Bridget Marquardt is opening up about having some of her eggs frozen for the future possiblity of having children.
While living in the Playboy mansion, Marquardt, 37, made the ultimate decision to freeze her eggs as a “safety net.”
“When I was 34 I went and had my eggs harvested,” she told Us Weekly at the Josie Stevens Loves J. Valentine Fashion Show in Hollywood Wednesday. “Looking back I was like, ‘It was easy,’ but it wasn’t that easy. It’s a lot of medication, a lot of hormones. You have to inject yourself in the stomach and I’m so terrified of needles! It was a difficult thing for me to do.”
She further said, “Holly [Madison] and Hef were obviously the main relationship. We weren’t allowed to date or anything like that. I wanted to have a little bit of insurance policy and a little extra time.”

Holly Madison is coming forth and speaking out against the recent engagement between ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner and his current fiancee Crystal Harris.
“I’d like to see Hef settle down,” Holly told Life & Style during an exclusive interview on Jan. 6. “I just want it to be with the right person, and I feel like he’s making a hasty decision. I’m not sure Crystal is the best thing for him.”
