If you are a George Clooney fan, than you probably already know about his current project, The Ides of March. Clooney is directing this political thriller about a young man who resorts to backstabbing and dirty tricks to win a presidential campaign.
The Ides of March is based on a Broadway play, Farragut North, by Beau Willimon. Willimon’s play was (loosely) based on the 2004 presidential campaign of Howard Dean. According to Variety, Sony wanted to keep the title as “Farragut North”, but Clooney insisted that it be changed to The Ides of March. Continue reading »
I recently told you about George Clooney’s new thriller, Ides of March, and the crew recently took Cincinnati by storm! With a crew of 150 filming the movie for twenty days in greater Cincinnati, that’s a lot of money being poured in to the economy.

Handsome George Clooney is currently filming Ides of March, a movie about a Democratic governor campaigning in presidential primaries who gets a crash course on how dirty politics really are.
The movie is based on the Broadway play Farragut North, a political drama which is loosely based on the 2004 Democratic Primary run of Howard Dean.
Ides of March also stars Ryan Gosling, Marisa Tomei, Evan Rachel Wood, Paul Giamatti, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright and Max Minghella. Quite a lineup! Continue reading »
Does George Clooney hate Brangelina's kids?
Is George Clooney at war with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt – because of their kids?
Apparently Clooney was “furious” when he discovered that Brangelina’s six children “created mayhem in his lavishly furnished” Lake Como home during a recent visit.
The kids supposedly stained sofa cushions with melted chocolate, pulled Clooney’s books from a shelf, and stuffed their toys into a bedroom wardrobe that held designer suits.
“The rug rats turned into a six-man wrecking crew,” a source said.
Clooney then (allegedly) “banned” the children from the house, and in retaliation, Pitt and Jolie “stopped talking to him.”
“Things deteriorated – and now they’re not talking at all,” the source said.

George Clooney Will Not Marry Again.
George Clooney dropped a bombshell for all those ladies still hoping to land the A-list actor. While giving an interview on Piers Morgan Tonight, the aging actor addressed his commitment issues with the late night host, Piers Morgan, himself.
Clooney’s father, Nick, appeared on the episode with him and he asked his son to consider marriage once again. George made it clear he was not interested.
“I hate to blow your whole news story, but I was married,” he said, talking of his 1989 wedding to actress Talia Balsam, which ended in 1993. “Yeah, so I’ve proven how good i was at it, and I just… I’m allowed one.”
