Kris Jenner: Is She The Next Dina Lohan In The Celebrity World? (Photos)
Kim Kardashian recently revealed in her blog post to her fans that she wishes she had a “real life” and that she desperately wants to settle down with a husband she loves and have kids.
While the Kardashian family mourns the media blitz that was Kim’s divorce announcement (thanks to Justin Bieber’s baby mama allegations), we can’t help but wonder: is Kris Jenner psychologically hurting her family by making them live this very public life with their very private problems? It just so happens to be that Kim made her divorce announcement at the same time her mom Kris is promoting her new book.
Kris, who will forever be Janet from Three’s Company to me, seems to be the driving force behind the manufactured Kardashian marketing blitz and unfortunately, this is something we’ve all seen before with another celebrity mom, Dina Lohan, and her family.
While we’d hate to see Kim become the next Lindsay Lohan (which is unlikely since the Kardashians aren’t substance abusers), there still has to be something lurking in that family that is going to eventually make the bubble pop.
Check out our top quotes from Kris herself and tell us, do you think she is the next Dina Lohan? Or does she have better family values? Continue reading »
Dina Lohan Shares Parenting Advice In Lieu Of Mother’s Day
With Mother’s Day being celebrated around the country tomorrow (May 8), The Daily Beast reached out to Dina Lohan in hopes of getting insight into her life as a mom.
Lohan not only responded, but gave her insight into parenting for those who are listening. I can hear the crickets now.
Lohan says, ‘The boys got into more mischief. Lindsay, I’m trying to think. She was always good in school and was like my little buddy. She never really got into too much mischief young. She was a late bloomer.”
Speaking about being in the spotlight Lohan, who helps to manage her daughter’s career, says: ‘No child’s perfect. They’re going to get into trouble, whether it’s big or small. Unfortunately, we’re a global name so they know about it in Indonesia. But just be there for your child, and if you see signs that they’re doing things they shouldn’t be doing, get them help.’
Lindsay Blindsided By Dina’s GMA Interview
Momma Lohan has a lot of explaining to do with daughter Lindsay Lohan after giving a tell-all interview with Good Morning America.
Sources say that Lindsay was “upset” when she found out that her mom had done the interview, but the anger didn’t last long. As soon as the shoot wrapped, Lindsay forgave her mom.
Lindsay still loves her mom, but she wishes Dina would tell her when she was doing TV appearances.
And rightfully so! Dina is and always will be a money-grubbing excuse for a mother! She will use her daughter in anyway to obtain more money.
Dina’s Response To Lindsay’s Release From Rehab
While some may consider Lindsay Lohan’s release from a jail a celebrations, mom Dina hopes that fans, the media, and well-wishers will give her more time to grow and heal through this whole process.
“I thank everyone for their support, but I ask as a mother that she be given the time and space she needs,” she tells PopEater.
Lohan has been holed up at the Betty Ford Center in California since she was sentenced to 90-days back in October. Lindsay left with her mother, but her father Michael was no involved in the exit. As to where she will go – no one knows.
Director Will Not Recast Lindsay Lohan In Film Inferno
According to recent reports, director Matthew Wilder released a statement explaining that he will be wait for Lindsay to finish rehab rather than recasting her role in the upcoming film Inferno. He also claimed that the studio “would not be replacing her with another person,” but rather begin filming when Lindsay feels ready to begin work post-rehab.
“She’s good and productive and thinking about life beyond [rehab]. I think she feels a little cooped up there, but she’s okay,” Wilder states.
That’s a lot of pressure to put on a young, recovering girl who has recently stated that she is having financial issues to boot. To make matters worse, Lindsay doesn’t really have any strong parental figure to help guide and support her through this difficult time. Her father’s motives are constantly being questioned, and her medical reports even labeled her family situation as being dysfunctional. If you ask me, saving a role for Lindsay is an absolute disaster waiting to happen.
Do you think the waiting role and her current financial state will push Lindsay into working before she is mentally and physically ready to do so?

Dina Lohan Speaks Out After Daughter Lindsay’s Court Order
Dina Lohan was very relieved, to say the least, after her daughter Lindsay’s Friday court hearing. Lindsay, who was expected to be sentenced to a year in jail, instead was ordered by Judge Elden Fox to stay in rehab until January 2011- the absolute earliest she can leave. Sources say that Dina looked relieved, as any mother would be given the circumstances.
Although Lindsay’s probation report includes the comment that Lindsay “must make several changes in her life in order to succeed, especially coming from a family of dysfunction,” Dina seems hopeful of her daughter’s recovery. She told sources, “We’re taking it day by day and we’re very thankful for all the support and the love we’ve received.”
Do you think Dina will support Lindsay’s recovery process, or continue to enable her daughter’s dangerous habits?

Dina Lohan Takes Parenting Advice From Kris Jenner
After all that Lindsay Lohan has been through, mother Dina is looking for advice anywhere she can get it. And that includes from fellow hollywood mom Kris Jenner.
Dina is hoping to set up a meeting of matriarchs while she’s in town visiting Lindsay at Betty Ford. She is to be in town for over a week and plans on finding out exactly how the Kardashian girls manages to stay narrow and straight while being in the spotlight.
