Cindy Crawford always manages to look her best, but I guess that’s to be expected considering that she’s a supermodel and all. Cindy may be 45 years old, but you’d never guess her age by looking at her. She has such an amazing sense of style, and it looks like she’s passed it on to her daughter, Kaia, as well!
This photo was taken of Cindy and Kaia leaving Katsuya restaurant with friends. Kaia is actually the little girl in the back of the photo. Don’t she and mom Cindy look adorable in their gold ballet flats?
We’ve all heard of ”Bring Your Kids To Work Day”, and supermodel Cindy Crawford did just that! She recently shot a commercial for Propel fitness water, and instead of using actors to play her kids in the commercial, she used her own children!
45 year-old Cindy is mom to 11 year-old Presley and 9 year-old Kaia. She brought her kids along to the shoot with her, and decided to have them join in.
“Originally, I didn’t want to use my kids in the commercial because I don’t ever want to make them feel like they have to work because they might be in a bad mood that day or they might want to have a play date…I don’t ever want to say, ‘Well sorry, you’re booked.’” Continue reading »

How does this beautiful celeb mom stay slim after having two children? According to Cindy, it’s simple- literally.
The 44-year-old mother of two explains that she sticks to an 80/80 diet, meaning that she eats ”80% good, 80% of the time.” So there’s room to splurge? I like the sound of this already! According to reports, Crawford also enjoys getting a healthy jump-start to her busy days, usually with a morning protein shake or bowl of oatmeal. Simple, manageable, and practical for a mother that sometimes finds herself eating whatever is convenient from time to time. The fact that deprivation and calorie obsession are nowhere in this diet description is also appealing, because diets that keep you from your favorite foods and anything over a certain number of calories never seem to be effective in the long run.
